Our programs encompass a wide variety of health topics such as Stress Management, Fitness, Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Cardiovascular Health, Prescription Drug Use, Substance Abuse Prevention, Mental Health, Disease Management and Healthy Aging.

We believe that learning new healthful practices should be an engaging, appealing experience that makes meaningful connections to the user.  Our highly interactive, multimedia and individualized programs provide just such an experience.

Developed by leading health scientists, our engaging programs are based on accepted principles of behavior change, not gimmicks or fads, and are designed to move users toward lasting, sustainable healthy practices.

All CWH programs are created through a development-test cycle, beginning with focus groups and expert input, leading to pilot tests, followed by full program development, and culminating in randomized trials.
